Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information neach.io collects from visitors to this website, why, and how to reach us with questions or requests.
Who we are
Neach ("Neach," "we," "us," or "our") is an executive search and recruiting firm. This policy is about the neach.io website. If you have questions about it, contact us at contact@neach.io.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you provide. If you use the contact form at neach.io/contact/, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and whatever you write in response to "Where do you need to be 6 months from now?" All four fields are required to submit the form. We don't collect anything else through the form — there are no hidden fields.
Basic technical information. Like effectively any website, this one generates standard technical information as part of normal operation — for example, the IP address, browser type, and request details involved in loading a page. This is generic infrastructure-level information handled by our hosting provider (see "Service providers" below), not information we separately collect, analyze, or combine into visitor profiles. This website does not use cookies, does not use browser storage such as localStorage, and does not run analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking software of any kind.
How we use this information
We use the information submitted through the contact form to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation develops, to follow up with you. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use a small number of outside providers to operate this website:
- Formspree processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to us. When you submit the form, your name, work email, company, and message are sent directly to Formspree's systems.
- Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery for this website, so Cloudflare's infrastructure handles requests to load any page on the site.
- Website fonts. This site uses the Inter typeface, served directly from our own hosting. No third-party font-delivery service is used.
We use these providers to provide services needed to operate this website. We do not provide personal information to them for advertising or their own direct marketing purposes.
Retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, manage any resulting correspondence, and maintain appropriate business records. Our service providers may retain related technical or submission data according to their own service settings and retention practices.
Security
We use standard, reputable infrastructure and take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, including transmitting it over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Our website service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, information you submit may therefore be processed in the United States.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from your contact-form submission, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@neach.io. We'll respond to reasonable requests. If you're located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland and have questions about how we've handled information you've submitted through this site, please reach out the same way — we're happy to work with you directly.
California privacy disclosures
This policy is intended to meet the requirements of the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), which applies to commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California residents. It sets out the categories of information we collect, how to reach us, and how we'll communicate changes to this policy (see below). Separately, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies only to businesses that meet certain revenue or data-volume thresholds; Neach's current business does not meet those thresholds, so this policy does not include CCPA-specific rights or opt-out mechanisms. If that changes, we'll update this policy accordingly.
This website does not track visitors across other websites or online services over time, so it does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals or similar opt-out preference signals — there is no cross-site tracking to opt out of.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our website or providers change. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here and update the effective date above. We encourage checking back periodically.
